MyChron 5, MyChron 5S, and MyChron 6. The app auto-detects your model from the device dump during handshake — no manual selection needed.
Make sure your phone is connected to the MyChron's WiFi hotspot (typically 10.0.0.1) or that both devices are on the same team router. The MyChron must be powered on with WiFi enabled in its menu. If the app's Scan still finds nothing, power-cycle the MyChron — the on-device STCP daemon can hang and a restart clears it.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap KartGenius, and cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Sessions and AI coaching analyses are stored against your account and re-sync when you sign in on a new device. Anonymous accounts are per-installation only — create a credentialed account if you want portable data.
In-app: Driver → Account → Delete Account. Or email support@kartgenius.app from the email address on file. Deletion completes within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what's retained.
No. KartGenius is an independent product. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by AIM Technologies / AIM Sportline. The protocol implementation was developed independently from network captures of devices we own.
Email support@kartgenius.app with: your iPhone model and iOS version, MyChron model and firmware version (visible in the device's System → Info menu), and a description of what happened. If the bug is reproducible, a short screen recording is gold.
